Surgical procedure describing an anterior discoid resection for rectal endometriosis with manual suture.
The main goals are to avoid:
- rectal posterior dissection with nerve sparing
- using of staple suture with risk of stenosis
The case is a 27 years old women with a deep endometriosis including a 3 cm nodule involving the vagina and the rectum at 10 cm of the and margin.
